We are currently recruiting for a leading social work recruitment agency based in Manchester, they are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting in the social work sector. The role will all have some further responsibilities as they will be overseeing a team of four consultants.
Responsibilities:
* Managing and developing the recruitment team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Conducting candidate interviews and managing the end-to-end recruitment process
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Generating new business
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the social work sector
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team (ideal not essential)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets
* Ability to work under pressure
